Apple’s tighter enforcement around so-called vibe-coding apps hasn’t slowed down Lovable, which has just launched its no-code AI app builder as a mobile app on both Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

Lovable’s new app is designed for people who want to create apps quickly using AI prompts—either by typing or speaking. The idea is to let users capture and develop app concepts anytime, anywhere, with the platform’s AI agent continuing the work automatically after receiving instructions.

Users can also move seamlessly between their phone and computer, resuming projects without interruption and getting alerts when a build is finished and ready to review.

This launch comes soon after Apple clarified its stance on vibe-coding apps. The company recently blocked updates to tools like Replit and Vibecode for violating App Store policies.

Apple isn’t banning these types of apps entirely, but it does prohibit apps that can download new code or alter their functionality after approval, citing security concerns and the difficulty of properly reviewing such behavior.

For similar reasons, Apple briefly removed another app, Anything, though it was later reinstated after making adjustments to meet the guidelines.

To stay compliant, vibe-coding platforms have had to change how they operate. Instead of running generated apps directly within their own apps, previews are now typically opened in web browsers.

Lovable appears to follow these rules, promoting its tool as a way to create “functional websites or web apps” rather than fully native apps running inside the platform itself.
